Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

PRMPT ("we", "our", "us") is a mobile application that provides a curated gallery of AI image prompts. The app is developed and operated by Winmap (fut.achraf@gmail.com).

2. Data We Collect

Data stored only on your device:

• Token balance — an in-app credit counter stored in your device's local storage (AsyncStorage). Never transmitted to any server.
• Saved prompts — prompts you bookmark, stored locally on your device only.
• Ad state — timestamps and counters used to enforce ad cooldowns and daily caps, stored locally. Never transmitted.

Data we do NOT collect:

• Name, email address, or any account information
• Location data
• Photos, camera, or microphone access
• Contacts or any other device data

3. Firebase (Google)

We use Google Firebase Firestore solely to deliver the prompt content you see in the app. The database is read-only — the app fetches prompt data but never writes user data to Firebase.

Firebase may collect anonymous usage and diagnostic data per Google's own privacy policy. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

PRMPT displays ads served by Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and other signals to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

AdMob may collect:

• Device identifiers (advertising ID / IDFA)
• IP address (for general location inference)
• App usage events (ad impressions, clicks)
• Device type, OS version, language

We do not share any personally identifiable information with AdMob. Ad data is processed by Google under their own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

To opt out of personalized advertising, adjust your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID
• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → turn off Personalized Ads

6. Children's Privacy

PRMPT is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Since PRMPT stores all user data locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app. For AdMob data, contact Google directly or use the opt-out mechanism described in Section 4.

8. Data Retention

All app data (tokens, saved prompts, ad state) is stored exclusively on your device. It is deleted when you uninstall the app. We retain no data on our servers about individual users.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the integrity of locally stored data. Token balances are signed with an integrity check to detect tampering. All communication with Firebase uses HTTPS.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
